Before Ordering a Limo:

You can call to place a resservation. However, to make an online reservation, please fill in the appropriate sections below and submit the form. An email will be sent to you confirming your reservation request. All online reservations must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event. If you need our services less than 72 hours, please call to place your reservation.

A credit card is required to process your reservation. An 80.00 non refundable deposit is required on all private reservations. You can make your deposit after you receive our email confirming your reservation. Just click on the PayPal link below to process your deposit. If you don't have a PayPal account it's easy to set one up, just click on continue checkout and follow the step by step directions.

Unless other payment arrangements have been made, you authorize Call Limos to charge any remaining balance to the credit card used in the above transaction. Please call us directly if you wish to pay by check, money order, or cash. Deposits made by personal check must be received at least 7 days in advance of the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS This agreement between "Call Limos" and the client of reservation, is a legally binding agreement for the lease of a Call Limo limousine. The Client accepts the limousine in its present condition and agrees to the terms and full payment prior to the use of the limousine. Any liabilities caused by the Client or Client's guests, or laws violated by the same, are the responsibility of the Client. In the event that the Company hires representation to enforce any of the expressed or implied terms of the agreement, the Company shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs. The parties also agree to the following: Billing All confirmed online reservations are billed to the Client's credit card, or corporate account numbers. Call Limos accepts the following cards processed through PayPal: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa. Driver tips are 20%, additional tips are at the discretion of the client All published rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellation and No Show Fees An $80.00 non refundable deposit is required on all private reservation. Cancellations or no shows that occur within 72 hours of the event are nonrefundable. General Damages The Client agrees to pay for damages to the limousine, where said damages were done during the lease of the limousine, whether the damage is caused by the Client, Client's guests, or guests of the Client's guests. Other minor damages inside the limousine are charged per occurrence: car sickness $200, order removal $200, missing or damaged linens/glassware $25.00 per item. Other Call Limos shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns. Call Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
